Payment Policy

Payment Options at Dekorama

We support the following payment methods:

  1. Credit Card

  2. Debit Card

  3. Net Banking

  4. Wallets / UPI

  5. Cash on Delivery

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the total amount displayed at checkout.


Payment Issues & Resolutions

If you notice a charge on your card for purchases made on Dekorama.in but have never placed an order, please check with family members or colleagues who may have ordered on your behalf. If the charge is still unrecognized, report it to us within 14 days of the transaction at support@dekorama.in so we can investigate.

In case of payment failure, please retry after checking the following:

  • Card/account details

  • Billing address

  • Passwords or OTPs

  • UPI ID

  • Internet connection stability

If your account was debited despite a failed payment, the amount is usually reversed within 7 business days. For any issues, contact us at support@dekorama.in with your order number.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept cancellations once the order is paid and confirmed.

  • If the order has been shipped but not yet delivered, you may cancel it online. Once we receive the product back, a refund will be processed after deducting courier and transaction fees.

  • If the order is already delivered, cancellations are not allowed. You will need to initiate a return instead.
