We ship our products all across India.
However, please note:

  • Some items may have shipping restrictions depending on size, fragility, or destination.

  • We will inform you at checkout if a specific product cannot be shipped to your location.

All orders are dispatched within 3–4 days of placement.

Multiple Orders in a Single Transaction

If you place multiple product orders in a single transaction:

  • Dekorama will make all efforts to deliver them in a single package.

  • Due to varying product types, some items may be shipped separately.

  • All items in a single transaction will be delivered to one shipping address only.

  • To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

  • International Orders:
    Estimated delivery timeline is 7–15 business days.

  • We are committed to dispatching all orders within 2 business days to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.
You can:

  • Visit the “My Account” section on our website

  • Click “Order Status” next to the relevant order

  • Or simply follow the tracking link in your order confirmation email

Tracking information is usually activated within 24 hours of dispatch.
