Return & Exchange Policy — Dekorama

Return/Exchange Window

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery on domestic (Pan-India) orders, only if the product is in its original condition.


Non-Returnable Products

  • Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement immediately.

  • For international refunds (in case of exceptions), the processing time is 5–7 business days.


Standard Fees

A 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit for non-defective returns or exchanges, to cover shipping and processing costs.

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • An unboxing video for verification

We’ll arrange a pickup, inspect the product, and offer a replacement or store credit.

  • For non-defective returns, the 20% fee will be deducted from the refund or credit.

  • Refunds, replacements, and store credits are only processed after successful inspection of the returned item.
